Who we are

QuickSlot is operated by Myall Enterprise Limited ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data processed through quickslot-ai.lovable.app. Contact: privacy@quickslot.uk.

What we collect

• Account details (name, email) when you sign up.
• Booking details (service, business, date/time, notes you provide).
• Payment metadata (handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).
• Technical data such as IP address and device info, used for security and analytics.

How we use it

To provide bookings, process payments, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders), prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Lawful bases: contract, legitimate interests, and consent where required.

Sharing

We share necessary data with the business you book with, our payment processor (Stripe), and our hosting and email infrastructure providers. We never sell your data.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and object to processing. Email privacy@quickslot.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Retention

Booking records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting compliance. Account data is removed within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is legally required.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and a minimal set of analytics cookies to improve the service.

Business Outreach

When a customer searches for a service we cannot fulfil through a QuickSlot-registered provider, we may contact publicly listed businesses in the relevant category and area to invite them to join QuickSlot and serve that demand. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest (matching customer demand with relevant suppliers). Every outreach email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and an RFC 8058-compliant List-Unsubscribe header. Once a business unsubscribes, they will not be contacted again. Outreach logs are retained for up to 24 months for deliverability and compliance reporting; you can request earlier deletion by emailing privacy@quickslot.uk.
