1. The service

QuickSlot ("the Service") is provided by Myall Enterprise Limited and lets customers discover and book services from independent businesses listed on the platform. The contract for the actual service booked is between you and the business.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Bookings & payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancellation and refund terms are set by each business. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, scheduled appointments are typically exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once a specific time is reserved.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to harass others, post unlawful content, attempt to bypass security, or scrape data.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of businesses listed on the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
